I got home and I quickly got into the shower. Today, I was going to share good news with Thane, I just found out that I am pregnant. A wave of bonhomie and excitement gusted from within. It was the first time in a long time that I had been happy after the misunderstanding.
I could imagine how happy Thane would be to hear such news. I picked out my best lingerie. It was a red spaghetti handed gown which was connected by some other straps some shorts that showed a large amount of skin. My belly button covered with lace looked at me through the mirror. I held my belly, knowing that my child would be the reason that we would be united again.
I was going to make sure that we would reconcile tonight. I know Thane so well. I know he loves me and is just acting out of love.
I pirouetted in front of the mirror as I watched the loose lace material strand spin around my torso and chest. Maybe I was more overjoyed because I had discovered that I was truly set up and I did not do anything with Luther that day. I was so relieved, I could not contain my joy, I bit my lips and I closed my eyes.

I massaged perfumes unto my skin at areas that I know he would touch and I packed my hair and made the sidelines have strands of hair to accompany them. I decided to wet my lips with gloss, put on a satin coat and I headed downstairs. I fidgeted with my fingers while heading down. I knew that it had been days since we last spoke.
I had found out from one of the maids in the house that he had left to get something and that he would soon be back. I placed my hands on the railings as I got down slowly. I did not want any movements to hurt my baby. I tried walking on egg shells as I descended. The doctor said I had to take care of my physical and mental wellbeing. So I had to reconcile with Thane.
Each time I would visage Thane's face as it lit up hearing about the news. I would feel less tense gingerly raise up my chin in excitement and grace. After five years, the sound of laughter and crying would fill our ears. I was going to teach them about God and tell them about all my life experiences.
My brows became furrowed with consent when I had realized that I had been avoiding my father in heaven after that incident. I had made up my mind to come back to Him. I just needed to reconcile with Thane first, right now that was what I needed to do.
I reached the entrance of his room, where he had decided to stay so he would have the most minimal interaction with me. I stood at the door. I had not crossed the door ever since he started sleeping separately. As I stared at the veneer of the door, it seemed as if the door was closing in on me. it was like I was becoming shorter and the door grew taller.
I squinted my eyes tightly and I reopened them. I held my belly and caroused it gently for some minutes.
I sighed, straightened up and stood taller, I opened the door and I went inside the room, I was going to wait for him here.
The room smelt just like him, his scent had already niftily taken over . Everywhere was so tidy and I could feel his atmosphere from just stepping in. I headed down to the bed and I removed my coat. I used my fingers to straighten up my bangs and I placed my palms down. I could feel grains of sands and gravel on the bed, he still slept with his shoes on his feet, it was one of his idiosyncrasies. I smiled mildly.
Thane
I walked down my street in fury.
(flashback)
"Hello kelvin, where is Madam, did she tell you where she was heading too?"
" No sir, she just left sir." Kelvin said while massaging my car with a sponge.
I had heard her footsteps at my door and light breahing at my entrance. But she did not knock, I wondered where she had gone too.
"Kelvin, I will wash my car" I walked over to where he was and collected the hose and sponge from him. He had his head bowed down slightly, he knew that I was about to assign him for another work.
" She just went out few minutes, she should still be in the streets, I want you to find out exactly where she went and take pictures of who she met with, Am I clear enough?"
" Yes sir" he was heading in the opposite direction that I had told him to head to.
"Where to Kelvin?"
"Mr. Thane, just one minute. Let me just change."
" All right, but hurry up"

I found out that she was meeting with Luther again, I was enraged. I don't know how she could keep on doing this too me. I was expecting her to just admit that she had down wrong and apologize. But she was, she was just to stubborn.
What does Luther have that I could not give her. Money, love, care, shelter? Why would she not understand that she was mine and no one else.
Well, two can play at this game.
I grinded my teeth as I entered my home and slammed the door. I entered my room swinging the door open. I saw My beloved cheating wife, sitting on my bed gracefully.
I gave her a prolonged stare, I wondered why she was in my room. Well, whatever reason, I knew that she meant no good.
Her lips were pursed and she widened her darting eyes when she welcomed my entry. I continued staring at her, waiting for her to speak.
But she didn't, she just wringled her two hands and she was tapping her feet on the floor resonating with the 'click clock' of the wall clock.
I took notice of the way she dressed into my room, she had put on her red lingerie that she had stored in the wardrobe. I could still see the price tag hanging around her shoulder. Did she think that seducing me would change anything? The audacity!
I paced towards her and I held her wrist and straddled her with my legs. Her wrist started to wringle like a worm that had been sprinkled with bits of salt.
" Oh, I thought you came to my room to get a second round of what Luther had dished out to you. Why are you behaving recalcitrant now that you are getting what you want?" flashes of intrusive thoughts of Luther placing his hands on Peace shrouded my mind. I could imagine peace holding him tight instead of fighting out of his arms like she was doing with me.
I grabbed the bust line of her dress and I parted it into two.
