Chapter 11 - Beauty in Designer Clothes—Pack Them All Up

Jack picked out a black dress for Emily Carter. It perfectly hugged her curves without revealing too much.

In Jack's words, "This kind of dress is meant for my eyes only."

Driving his sleek sports car, Venom, Jack took her to Centurion Mall, the largest shopping center in Riverton City.

He parked in the underground garage.

Emily clung to his arm, while Jack had one hand wrapped around her slim waist, occasionally giving it a playful squeeze. She responded with a flirty eye roll each time.

Together, they strolled toward the elevator.

The third floor was dedicated entirely to women's fashion. Jack was here to shop with Emily, and he fully intended to let her splurge.

"System, activate the tenfold cashback card."

He wanted to feel what it was like to get richer the more he spent.

Emily paused outside a Chanel boutique, her attention caught by a particular dress on display.

"Come on, let's go in," Jack said with a smile, taking her hand and leading her inside.

"Welcome to Chanel," greeted a well-dressed sales associate in a sleek black uniform, smiling warmly.

"Take that one down—let her try it on," Jack said, pointing to the dress Emily had just been admiring.

The sales associate didn't scoff at them. Jack's aura clearly didn't scream 'broke,' and Emily looked both elegant and stunning.

The dress was quickly handed to Emily, who gleefully disappeared into the fitting room.

A few minutes later, she stepped out.

Jack was stunned.

"You look amazing. The dress is gorgeous, but you—you're even more stunning."

"This really suits you," he said sincerely.

"You like it?" he asked with a smile.

"Mhm, I love it." Emily spun in front of the mirror, her sleeves fluttering as she beamed with joy.

"Then we're getting it," Jack said with a grin, turning to the sales associate.

Just then, a shrill voice cut through the air.

"Stop right there!"

A heavily made-up woman entered, clinging to a chubby middle-aged man.

"Baby, I love that dress too. Buy it for me, won't you?" she whined.

"Of course, anything for you," the man nodded hurriedly.

"You heard me—we want that dress. Take it off, now!" the woman barked at Emily.

"Look at you—cheap from head to toe. You clearly can't afford this. Take it off," she snapped even more rudely.

"Hey! Salesgirl! Make her take it off!" she shouted, turning to the sales associate when Emily didn't react.

"I'm sorry, but this lady saw the dress first," the associate replied with a polite smile.

Jack couldn't be bothered to argue with the two clowns. He pulled out his card and handed it to the associate.

"Pack up every item in this size from this store. All of them," he said coolly.

The woman nearly exploded with rage.

"Hmph! If your card gets declined, I'll be laughing my ass off!"

Soon, the associate returned with all the clothes in Emily's size. The card swipe went through without a hitch, and the receipt printed smoothly.

A system prompt immediately rang in Jack's mind.

"Congratulations, Host. You've spent 25 million and received 25 million in cashback. You've earned 0.5 Wasteful Points."

"Congratulations, Host. You've used the Tenfold Cashback Card and received 250 million in cashback."

Jack grinned. Making 250 million in an instant—this was a feeling like no other.

The heavily made-up woman and her man froze when the payment cleared.

"Sir, your total is 25 million," the associate said as she returned his card and receipt, eyes wide with disbelief. Even she had been skeptical about whether the card had enough balance.

The other couple, shocked by the amount, immediately turned tail and rushed out. Even if the man sold his company, he couldn't cough up that kind of money.

Jack didn't spare them another glance. He turned to the associate and said:

"Have these sent to Villa Oceanview No. 1."

With that, he took Emily's hand and strolled out of the store. Emily was still a bit dazed. She'd only wanted one dress—how did it turn into an entire wardrobe? But deep down, she felt blissfully happy.

"Jack, why did you buy everything? There's no way I can wear them all!" Emily pouted, clinging to his arm.

"Then wear them slowly. One per day—or one in the morning, another in the evening," Jack said with a chuckle, gently rubbing her hand.

"You're spoiling me too much," Emily said sweetly.

"And how do you plan on thanking me?" Jack teased, giving her a mischievous look.

Emily rose on her tiptoes and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek.

"Hey, sneak attack! That's not fair—I'm taking one back!" Jack laughed, then leaned in and kissed her back.

Emily's face flushed a deep pink. She looked irresistibly cute.

"Jack, you're so annoying," she said in mock annoyance.

Jack burst out laughing.

The sales associate watched them walk off with envy in her eyes. If only she had a man like Jack, someone who'd spend money on her like that—what a dream come true.

Jack then brought Emily up to the fourth floor, to a large boutique from the international brand Fenshire.

Inside, Jack picked out a suit for himself. It fit perfectly and the fabric was luxuriously soft.

He pulled out his card again and said to the associate:

"I'll take every item in this size. Pack them up and charge the card."

The associate quickly got to work packing and ringing everything up.

Emily stood off to the side, mesmerized by how amazing Jack looked in the suit. How could someone look this good? He was simply too handsome.

Jack planned to wear the new outfit and send his old clothes home along with the rest.

"What's wrong? Do I look weird?" he asked, noticing Emily's gaze.

Emily snapped out of her daze and quickly replied, "N-no, not at all!"

No way was she going to admit she'd just been lost in thoughts of how good-looking he was. That'd be way too embarrassing.

Jack didn't question her further. A moment later, the card swipe was successful.

Another system message chimed in his mind.

"Congratulations, Host. You've spent 31 million and received 31 million in cashback. You've earned 0.5 Wasteful Points."

"Congratulations, Host. You've used the Tenfold Cashback Card and received 310 million in cashback."

Another 310 million earned—how was he even supposed to spend this much money? But this pace of making money? Absolutely exhilarating.
