AMAYA'S POV
My mind has not been at peace since he left. My life had changed, and it would take a long time getting used to. I never knew that such things existed, and I still felt as if I was in a dream. Nothing made sense to me but after everything I had experienced so far, I was catching up.
The most important thing right now was getting used to this new part of my life and my fate that I had to mold in order to live. I was going to deliver the baby after three months— which still surprised me— then run as fast as I could away from them. There were a lot of things to unpack but I was going to use this to learn a lot of things.
I sighed and took in a deep breath only to stiffen– I smelt bad. I smelt like sweat and it was embarrassing for me when these people seemed to have a heightened sense of smell. I was certain that the whole house would smell me if I stepped out of my room. I needed to take a shower.
